Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I’m Nadia, a former school leader, and the founder of When Brown Girls Lead™, an education consulting firm that leads the way for schools to become anti-racist learning environments.   I started my career as a classroom teacher and then went on to become a principal and executive director of K-12 schools.
