WBGL consultants work with various traditional and charter districts to develop leaders, support strategic planning, and build instruction focused systems that yield results! In addition, we support schools with diversity, equity, and inclusion using proven research based strategies that serve every child and every staff member. Our consultants are experts in school turnaround, climate and culture, teacher and leader coaching, and a suite of other skills.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Build an impenetrable team culture by investing in our dynamic team building and strategic planning professional development sessions. We work with teams to become stellar communicators, problem solvers, and creators of systems that work. A great way to kick-off summer training, unite a newly formed team, or bring life to an existing team.

DISTRICT ASSESSMENT & DATA REPORT

For districts that are seeking thorough, unbiased feedback from experts in the field, our assessment and data report includes multiple school and classroom observations, adult and student interviews, and school data review. All of the information is synthesized into one report and delivered in one culminating conversation.

ANTI-RACISM TRAINING

WBGL consultants partner with you to build the anti-racist school environment you desire and students deserve. This service comes with group professional development, data review, feedback reports, and the option for 1:1 training.

RESEARCH BRIEF & IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Delegate the intellectual work of researching an initiative and preparing a brief for stakeholders. Give us the topic, purpose, & desired outcome, we will fully research peer reviewed articles, local and national data, and compose a brief and implementation plan for your stakeholders.

1:1 MANAGEMENT COACHING

Our most involved service for leaders with various years of experience. Management coaching is conducted by our lead consultant, Nadia Bennett, and is six weeks of coaching on a variety of skills: vision setting, strategic planning, leader and teacher coaching, time management, PLCs, difficult conversations, data analysis, and more!
